At White Hotel in Vieste we have chosen to serve organic products. The management of White Hotel has considered, within the framework of sustainability, to embrace a new project of organic cultivation, a small garden terrace where in these first months we also grew many spices and medicinal plants. We are convinced that the love and care for this modest production of ours can enrich our smoothies and fruit extracts with added value. 

Thanks to our vegetable garden you will taste every morning biological meals enriched with spices and fresh herbs cultivated in house, an experience of the senses that will make your holiday on the Gargano even more authentic.
